Q: Do you make custom beats?

A: Absolutely. If you have a specific record or sound in mind I can make you a custom production that is tailored specific to you. Contact me if you are interested.

Q: Will vocal tags remain in a beat after purchase?

A: No, all purchased beats come without vocal tags.

Q: Do I need a paypal account to make a purchase?

A: No you don’t need an account. Use your credit or debit card to buy beats, choose “I don’t have a PayPal account” option and you will be able to fill the blank spaces and purchase instantly.

Q: What are trackouts and do you you offer them?

A: Trackouts are the individual instrumental audio files, having trackouts allows you to mix your recording better. I offer them upon request and price will depend on how specific it needs to be broken down.

Q: How do I buy a beat exclusively?

A: Contact me if you would like a specific beat made exclusively for you or if there is a particular beat you would like an exclusive license on.

Q: Are beats removed from the website once bought?

A: No. When an exclusive beat is bought, it will no longer be available for sale or download, but it will remain on the website and be listed as "SOLD." When a non-exclusive beat is bought, it will remain on the website and can still be bought by others. The next question and answer will explain how the same beat can be bought by multiple people.

Q: What if two different people buy the same beat?

A: If two different people buy the same beat, they can still each copyright their own song they make with that beat, and sell, distribute, perform and broadcast that song, keeping all their own royalties.

When you purchase a beat from Gabriel Messuti Productions, the copyright for that beat alone still belongs to Gabriel Messuti Productions. However, the copyright for the song that you make with that beat, your lyrics combined with that beat, belongs to you. And with the rights granted to you by the Gabriel Messuti Productions license agreement, you are allowed to sell, distribute, perform and broadcast (TV, radio, Internet) that song, keeping all of the royalties.
